To help securing the 2018-19 New year's eve celebrations, the Vienna city authorities tasked Gecko 4 K to provide persistent aerial surveillance of the event. Equipped with a DJI M 200 drone and an Elistair Safe T tether station, the team successfully provided an uninterrupted thermal and electro optic, live video feed for the local police. May 2018 - Elistair's tethered drone system Orion was deployed to provide aerial surveillance and crowd flow monitoring at one of the largest Air Shows in Europe; La Ferté Alais, France.
